The using of High-resolution CT in the diagnosis of ankylosing spondylitis application of sacroiliac joint disease

Objective:To explore the high-resolution CT in ankylosing spondylitis (As) sacroiliac joint application value. Methods:52 patients who were diagnosed as ankylosing spondylitis were made the sacroiliac joint high-resolution CT exam ination,the observation of sacroiliac joint disease manifestations and imaging features of CT. Results:Ankylosing spondylitis sacroiliac joint disease was characterized by high-resolution CT manifestations mainly involving the sacroiliac joint disease of the iliac side of the articular cartilage showed calcification,articular surface rough,with varying degrees of destruction of bone hyperplasia sclerosis.In the 52 cases,0 case of 0 grade,10 cases of Ⅰ grade,15 cases of Ⅱ grade,25 cases of Ⅲ grade, 2 cases of Ⅳ grade. Conclusion:The high-resolution CT of the sacroiliac joints of ankylosing spondylitis diagnosis and differential diagnosis of lesions has important application value.
