Abstract
Iron-carbon micro-electrolysis and A/O process is used to treat the dyeing wastewater and the factors influencing the treatment efficiency of micro-electrolysis as well as the conditions of A/O are also studied. The results show that the optimal initial pH,flocculation pH and Fe/C ratio should be 3,7.5 and 1∶1.1 respectively, with reaction time 30 mins in the process,as a result, the ratio of BOD5/COD of the pretreated dyeing wastewater is raised from 0.19 to 0.37;Temperature is adjusted to 35-40℃,pH to 6.5-7 as well as the HRT is 8 hours and 20 hours in anaerobic and oxic reaction tanks respectively. The removal rate of COD and chromaticity can reach 90% and 95% respectively and the effluent can reach the national Sewage Synthesis Emissions Standard(GB8978-1996,grade 1).
