The Miao People's Special Elementary Education in GuiZhou During the Anti-Japanes War

After the Anti-Japanese war broke out, the Kuomindang'domination center transferred from the southeast of coastal area to the undeveloped southwest and Northwest,where lived many minortity natiopnalities. Then,how to develop the distant minortity nationality areas'economy? How to deal with the relationshiops beteween han people and miao people? To concentrate every nationality to support the Anti-Japanese war had become an important problem that we must face at that time. Guizhou lies in the Mid-area of the Southwest, so its position is important, and most of the population in Guizhou is Miao people, so, to develop Miao people's economy in Guizhou is a critical problem in the construction of the Southwest area. While the education had a very good effect at the wartime, so developing the noble special education became the key to settling this problem. The article discusses some questions about the rapid development of Miao people's special elementary education in Guizhou, such as the cause, the characteristics, the effects and so on, so as to provide some inspiration for the minority nationalities education.
