On China's Intangible Cultural Heritage Protection Law

Abstract

This paper starts with non-material cultural heritage of the definition,gives an exposition of legal pro- tection of the status for the non-material cultural heritage in China,and discussed the non-existence of the in- tangible cultural heritage protection issues,and put forward the effective protection and rational utilization of non -the intangible cultural heritage legal countermeasurts.
