Abstract

Non-material cultural heritage is an important part of world heritage.The legislation to protect intangible cultural heritage is of great significance.However,the academics have no systematic research on the legal protection of intangible cultural heritage,even no formation of the system results.Strictly speaking,the countries in the world have not developed a complete,systematic and non-material cultural heritage protection laws until today.
