Study on Training and Competition of China Fencing Team in Preparation for Beijing Olympic Games

Through using the method of literature,logical deduction and observation,this paper made analysis on training and competition and problems urgently needed to be solved of China fencing team in preparation for Beijing Olympic Games.The result shows that if China fencing team wishes to win the gold medal in 2008 Beijing Olympic Games,the deeply research and exploration on fencing event rule must be made.With the aid of scientific research,the training process will be systematically planed and monitored in order to refine the training goal and improve the scientific level of training.Combining with technical developing trend and using the successful competition experience and lesson in recent years for reference,the fencing skill and strategy with high frequency of single scoring light as well as team competition research under the new judging apparatus should be thoroughly studied.
