Abstract
Investigation was done on the current situation of sports resources and their utilization in 39 colleges and universities in thirteen cities of our province,and also on the demand for physical exercise of the residents nearby.An analysis was made of the contradiction between inefficient utilization of college sports resources and increasing demand for community sports resources.In light of the fact that college sports resources are not rationally organized and utilized,causing people to have little access to sports facilities,this study presents a sports service model by which sports resources are organized and managed by colleges and universities.The paper intends to provide the theoretical basis of the rational and effective use of college sports resources and the alleviation of the problems brought about by the increasing demand for sports recourses.
