Abstract

By using literature study and investigation,interview,comparative analysis and other methods,for the school and the community sports in resources,based on the research of college sports resources service community sports development hardware facilities,talent advantage,the advantages of the organization and management are analyzed.Based on the development status of community sports college sports resources integration,puts forward to construct complementary strengths,resource sharing mode for the concrete implementation plan of fitness for all,to provide the reference.
