Abstract

Through simulative experiments, such operation modes as microorganism inoculation, heating leachate before its recirculation, various leachate recirculation rate are compared and their influences on bioreactor landfill stabilization are studied. The results showed that microorganism inoculation, heating leachate before its recirculation, higher surroundings temperature assist in accelerating the stabilization of bioreactor landfill, and low leachate recirculation rate makes for fast methane generation in the earlier stage of landfill but against to stabilization of waste in the later stage.
