The synthesis of ZnO nanorods from out-of-order to order

In the paper,three different methods were adopted to deposit a layer of ZnO film on the indium tin oxide substrates,then put the substrates into the precursor solution to synthesis the ZnO nanorods,implement the growth of nanorods from out-of-order to order.The SEM and XRD indicate that the ordered ZnO nanorods mainly have c axis orientation,and most of them were vertical to the substrates.The average diameter was 40nm.
