Abstract
Rice blast is one of the most devastating diseases, causing huge losses every year. Exploitation and utilization of broadspectrum resistance genes are considered as the most effective ways to control the disease. The progress of rice blast resistance gene cloning, functional marker development, marker-assisted breeding in rice were summarized as to provide theoretical guidance for cloning, studying, using rice blast resistance genes.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
