Abstract
Objective: To investigate the effects of ketorolac tromethamine combined with phloroglucinol in treatment of renal colic. Methods: 101 patients with renal colic were randomly divided into treatment group,61 cases and control group,60 cases. The treatment group were given intramuscular injection of 60 mg ketorolac tromethamine,subsequently,40 mg benzene phloroglucinol intravenous infusion. The control group were given intramuscular injection of 100 mg tramadol,then,10 mg anisodamine intravenously.Analgesic effect, adverse reaction and recurrence rate in 6 h were observed in 2 groups after administration of 30~60 mins. Results: The total effective rate and effective rate were respectively 93.45% and 68.85% in treatment group, while 70.00% and 31.67% in the control group. The recurrence rates were 11.48% in treatment group and 46.6% in control group, and, the onset time(11.0±6.1) mins in treatment group and(21.8±7.8) mins in control group. The difference in the two groups was significant in the observed parameters(P0.05).And the adverse reaction rate in treatment group,18.03% was significantly lower than that in control group,75.00%(P0.01).Conclusions: The combination of ketorolac tromethamine with phloroglucinol is effective in treating renal colic with less adverse reactions.
