Abstract

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of ketorolac tromethamine combined with phloroglucinol in treating patients with renal colic and its nursing intervention measures. Methods 136 patients with renal colic were divided randomly into treatment group and control group with each group of 68 cases, control group received tramadol combined with anisodamine, while the treatment group treated with ketorolac tromethamine combined with phloroglucinol, nursing intervention was strengthened in the same time. Results The effective rate and total effective rate in treatment group were higher than the control group(both P0.01), while the incidence of adverse reaction in treatment group were lower than that of the control(P0.01), the difference was statistical significance. Conclusion Ketorolac tromethamine combined with phloroglucinol in treating renal colic is effective with less adverse reactions.
