On dynamical mechanism of evolution of enterprise capabilities

Abstract

The theory of enterprise capabilities holds that sustainable competitive advantage roots in enterprise capabilities that are essentially a knowledge system consisting of all kinds of knowledge units and this system develops from organization learning.The paper thinks that the motivation,process and effect of organization learning are dependent on specific conditions.Based on the existing theory of enterprise capabilities,the paper takes into account the environmental characteristics and organizational factors in studying the dynamical mechanism of evolution of enterprise capabilities.
