Present situation and development of clinical medical postgraduates for specialty degree

The establishment of the clinical medicine specialty degree is the important reform of high-level medical personnel training methods in our country.As the expanding of graduate student recruiting scale of clinical medical specialty degree,how to improve the training quality has become an important topic of the present specialized degree in graduate education.This paper summarizes and analyzes the contradictions,which restrict the clinical medicine specialized degree of the graduate students and the countermeasures of solving these contradictions.
