Abstract

Megalopolis economic development needs cooperation between cities,but there are many institutional barriers in the Yangtze River Delta Megalopolis economic cooperation development.Overseas experience shows that the realization of Megalopolis economic cooperation relies on legal means.With foreign legislative experience and the actual situation in China,the paper makes the choice of the Yangtze River Delta Megalopolis economic cooperation development legislative mode.
