Abstract
Based on the research and application of a new 10 kV intelligent switchgear,this paper describes a new technology,method and experience of power monitoring in detail involving the important parameters of the switchgear such as online monitoring insulator leakage current,bus heating temperature,mechanical characteristics of switches etc.It also explores the new requirements of condition-based maintenance based on equipment condition evaluation for the switchgear and the development trend.
