Control of Power and Precaution against Duty Crime

Abstract

Duty crime is resulted from hosing control of duty power,the reasons of which lie in the following: lacking restriction system in exertion and application;being the top in the legal system and there is few restrictive regulations and rules on supervision of power in constitution;being the interest resources for all social classes because of the development of market economy,there are few power to supervise in the process of corrupting and attacking persons with duty power.As a result,taking control of power with law is the inevitable path to precaution against duty crime.
