On Duty Crime

Government office workers take advantage of their position and power to commit various crimes. This is called duty crime. Fundamentally, to take precautions against duty crime is to prevent the office workers from abusing their power. The department concerned should reach a common understanding, practice boldly, form a three-dimensional preventive system step by step and at the same time, set up and perfect the organizations, do everything according to the systems, establish a network and build up preventive capability.
