Abstract

The present model of school-government cooperation has been based on the notion of co-building of schools and government.The implement of Excellence Program of Chinese Education Ministry raises new demands for school-government cooperation,which is supposed to innovate its mechanism in terms of its goal,motivation,operation and evaluation.
