Abstract

Emphasizing more on the dominated role of government in the cooperation of school and enterprise isn't good for solving the formalization problem existed in cooperation of school and enterprise. Under the reasonable relationship between school and enterprise,the government should avoid excessive intervention and create positive cooperation conditions to foster the construction of cooperative benefit mechanism between school and enterprise.
