Abstract
Objective To study the clinic-histopathological characteristics of cellular uterine leiomyoma (CUL) for guiding the diagnosis and treatment of CUL. Methods 105 CUL patients were recruited, their clinicopathologic features, B-ultrasound test, therapy and recidivisms were analyzed. Results Menstruation changes were the main symptoms, 10 patients lose weight and 9 patients were used hormone therapy. Smooth muscle cells were plentiful, but karykinesis were seldom, it is less than 5 per 10 highpower field. As to B-ultrasound test, most of patients showed equal and low level echo, and the recurrence rate in those patients who were treated with muscular tumor rejection was higher than that with other. Conclusions The clinical features of CUL were similar to ordinary uterine leiomyoma patients, B-ultrasound test can help to diagnosis CUL before operation, and as to CUL patients, we prefer to hysterectomia.
