Value of chest radiography and chest fluoroscopy in the diagnosis of bronchial foreign body in children

Objective To investigate the application value of chest radiography and chest fluoroscopy in the diagnosis of bronchial foreign body in children.Methods The image of chest radiography and chest fluoroscopy in 53 children with bronchial foreign body diagnosed by bronchoscopy were restropective analyzed.Results Mediastinal pendular movement was observed in 50 cases,definitive emphysema in one side was observed in 42 cases and decreased diaphragm activity was observed in 40 cases.The diagnose accordance rate was 94.3% in chest radiography and chest fluoroscopy.Conclusion The diagnosis of bronchial foreign body in children with chest radiography and chest fluoroscopy can be complementary.It can not only offer the image of chest radiography in satatic state,but also show the trends of mediastinal pendular movement and diaphragm activity.It's the optimum method in the diagnosis of bronchial foreign body with these two inspection methods.
