Abstract

The pteridophytic resources are rich in Chebaling National Nature Reserve,Guangdong Province.There exists 195 species of pteridophytes in this area,which belong to 80 genera of 38 families.The pteridophytic resources in this area are classified as medicinal ferns,edible ferns,industrial ferns,indicator ferns,and rare and endemic ferns according to its economic values,application and growing situations.Some suggestions for comprehensive exploitation and utilization are put forward in this paper.
