Abstract

Characteristics of parametric modeling in the Pro/E environment are introduced, and the geometry significance of the involute formation are discussed.Under this premise, the precise gear models are established and some related parameters are also confirmed. Finally the detailed 3D modeling course of involute gear are put forward by specific steps.
