Abstract
The yield of trehalose from waste beer barm cells was used as the measuring index in the experiments. 4 min 900 W microwave could exterminate the activity of decomposing enzyme of trehalose in waste beer barm cells. The optimum technical parameters were summed up as follows through L9 (34)orthogonal experiments: extraction temperature at 65 ℃, solid-liquid ratio as 1∶22 and lixiviation time was 120 min. As a result, the yield of trehalose could reach up to 11.07 %.
