Abstract
Extraction technology of trehalose from waste beer yerst was studied in this paper. Biomass pretreatment conditions of 110℃ the best deal 6h.The best extraction Technology condition for:The extraction rate of trehalose could reach 90.6% under the following condition:alcohol concentration 60%(v/v),temperature at 80℃,1.5h extraction time,solid-liquid ratio as 1:15 and the concentration of yeast as 100g/L. The solution was decolorized at 80℃ and pH4.8 in 1% amount of activated carbon, decolorizetion 40 min. And then desalted and decolorized by ion -exchang technique, then condensed and crystllized and dried. The putity of produced trehalose was as high as 95%.
