Clinical study on treatment of acute cerebral infarction by combined application of Tongxinluo capsule:60 cases report

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Tongxinluo capsule in the treatment of patients with acute cere bral infarction.Methods One hundred and twenty patients with first onset of cerebral infarction were randomly divided into two groups,the control group was given routine therapy,anti-platelet or anticoagulant,lipid lowering therapy,cerebral protection,prevention and treatment of complications.The treatment group was treated with Tongxinluo capsule on the basis of control group,for30d,the concentrations of serum high sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),tumor necrosis factora(TNFα),interleukin-6(IL-6),blood fat and hemorrheology indices were detected before and after treatment in two groups,and the neural function defect score and modified Barthel index score were also been detected.Results The total effective rate of treatment group was 83.3%,control group was 75.0%,the difference was statistically significant(P0.05).After 30d treatment,nerve function deficit score,modified Barthel index scores of the two groups were improved,but the treatment group improved more obviously(P0.05),the concentration of serum hs-CRP,TNF-αand IL-6 decreased significantly compared with the control group,blood fat and hemorrheology indexes improved significantly(P0.05);Conclusion The assistant treatment of Tongxinluo capsule combined with routine western medicine in acute cerebral infarction,compared with single western medicine treatment,the curative effect is better.
