Abstract

Objective To study the clinical value of reticulocyte parameters in children's blood diseases detected by Sysmex XE-2100 automatic blood analysor. Methods Reticulocyte absolute value(RET#),reticulocyte percentage(RET), immature reticulocyte formation(IRF),low scattered light intensity reticulocyte percentage(LFR),middle scattered light intensity reticulocyte percentage(MFR) and high scattered light intensity reticulocyte percentage(HLR) of 106 cases in-patients' blood sample were detected by Sysmex XE-2100 automatic blood analysor. Results In the groups of IDA,HA and ITP,RET# and IRF were notably higher than those of control group(P0.05). In the groups of AA and leukemia, RET# were notably lower than those of the control group(P0.05), but IRF was notably higher than that of the control group(P0.05).Conclusion The detection of reticulocyte and its parameters will help decide the activity of red blood cell, and it has important practical value in diagnosis of anemia type.
