Drinking wine and composing poems are two major interests that can hardly be lacked in poets' life in the history. Since almost all the poets in Tang Dynasty drink too much,nearly 10,000 Tang poems sending forth the aroma of wine are created. By analyzing these wine poems,we can portray a prosperous picture that there are abundant kinds of wine and the thriving wine industry at that time,and grasp the features of the wine culture of Tang Dynasty,thereby better comprehending the immediate significance of that wine culture.
