Abstract
The control system of air-fuel ratio in reheating furnace of steel rolling was mainly introduced in this paper,and the overall scheme of combustion control in reheating furnace was discussed,the air-fuel ratio of self-optimizing fuzzy control was put forward,which can make the control system have the feature of good dynamic response and high stability and etc.The system frame and control strategy of self-optimizing control for the air-fuel ratio in reheating furnace was put forward in this paper,and these methods have been widely applied in the control system of reheating furnace for the steel and iron plant at home and abroad,good control effect has been already achieved.
