Abstract
Objective:To study the effect of Fujifu(recombinant human Basic Fibroblast Growth Factor For Topical Application) on acute wound healing.Method:Thirty-two SD rats were randomly divided into 4 groups, with 8 animals in each group as follows: blank control group(A),base group(B),Jinfelin 100mg/cm2 treatment group(C),Jinfelin 250mg/cm2 treatment group(D).Deep Ⅱ degree burn injuries were produced on both back sides of the rats.At day 3,6,9 and 15 after wounding, the area and the volume of injuries were measured and the histological examination was performed to evaluate the velocity and quality of wounds healing in different groups at day 15.Result:At 6 d and 9 d after therapy, the crust formation and decrustation were increased significantly compared with those in the control group(P0.05);On the 9 d after therapy, regenerated epithelium were increased obviously(P0.05);On the 15 d after therapy, the regenerated hair follicle was also increased compared to the control group(P0.05).Conclusion:Fujifu accelerate velocity and promote quality on wound healing.
