Effect of Community Rehabilitation on Activities of Daily living in Patients with Cerebral Stroke Ability

Objective The effect of community rehabilitation on activities of daily living in patients with cerebral stroke abihty analysis.Methods My community between April 2012 and July 2014 stroke patients,83 cases of 43 patients were divided into observation group and control group 40 cases,among them the control group with routine follow-up.observation group on the basis of routine follow-up for community rehabilitation treatment,compared two groups of patients recovery.Result The Barther scores had no significant differences between two groups of patients(P0.05),two groups of patients after treatment,Barther scores were improved in the observation group the Barther score improvement was superior to the control group,two groups of patients were compared statistically significant difference(P0.05).Conclusion Community rehabilitation treatment has obvious effect on promoting the ability of activities of daily living in patients with stroke recovery,is worthy of promotion.
