Study on effect of rehabilitation guidance in community on living quality of stroke patients

Objective To study the effect of rehabilitation guidance in community on living quality of stroke patients.Methods One hundred and twenty stroke patients in community were enrolled in this study,they were randomly divided into two groups,60 patients in observation group were given with rehabilitation guidance,while 60 patients in control group were no any intervention,they were continuously followed-up for six months,then their neurological impairment,situation of motor function,condition of activities of daily living and index of living quality were compared and statistically analyzed.Results The neurological impairment in patients of observation group after guidance with community-based rehabilitation was significantly lower than that of patients in control group,their difference was statistically significant compared between these two groups(P0.05);motor scores,activities of daily living ability scores and quality of life index in patients of observation group were significantly higher than those of patients in control group,and their difference was statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusion Rehabilitation guidance in community can help the recovery of autonomy and improve the quality of life and early recovery of the disease in stroke patients,hence it is worthy to be further recommended for implementation.
