On the Function of Music Education in Quality-oriented Education

Abstract

Music education belongs to the basic domain of quality-oriented education, having various functions in quality-oriented education. For instance, it can increase students' intelligence in a unique way, restrain their morals, foster their esthetic sentiment, advance their body and mind quality. To cultivate students with sound personalities and all-round qualities, an important role of music should be played.
