Abstract

Service industry is an important part of the national economy, and its development level is an important symbol of modern social and economic development. As an important component of the modern service industry, the intellectual property service industry is booming. This paper analyzes the significance of the intellectual property services industry, the present situation, combing some new service models, and proposes the development goals and ideas.
