The effective transmission of social welfare and the development of social work in the harmonious society

The harmonious society has much implication of social welfare.Strengthening the social welfare promotes the satisfactory and happy feelings of social members and is the important condition for the society harmony.According to the developed countries' experience,the mutual function between the social welfare policy and the social welfare service is of great importance to promoting social welfare and stability.Moreover,the social work plays an extremely important role in the social welfare transmission.With a reference to western social welfare transmission,the present article discusses the transmission of social welfare and the development of social work in the harmonious society based on an analysis of the meaning of the harmonious social welfare.
