the article introduced the significance of diathesis education mode research in college at present and set Shuangwei practice class in Jiangxi University of traditional Chinese medicine for example,explained diathesis education mode based on vision-encouragement according to research basis,educational theory,aim of education,practice condition,educational assessment.
