Abstract
OBJECTIVE To explore the influence of azone upon the percutaneous permeability of monobenzone cream in vitro.METHODS 30% ethanol-water solution as acceptor, the permeability test was made on the off-body skins of mice in Franz diffusion cell, and the penetration quantity of monobenzone in acceptor was measured by HPLC.RESULTS The release rate of monobenzone was different by adding various proportion of Azone, and the release rate of the monobenzone was 2% azone 5% azone 1% azone 0 azone.CONCLUSION Azone can promote the transdermal absorption of the monobenzone cream. The optimum proportion is 2% .
