Abstract

At the present stage, the core of Agriculture, rural area and farmerissue is to increase farmers' income. We should finalize a scientific development view with people-oriented to develop agriculture and resort many different ways to increase the farmers'income.More specifically, we should propel a strategy of developing agriculture by industry supporting, find a financial mechanism for agriculture development, establish a system to support and protect agriculture and remove the barrier for the farmers to find jobs in the cities.
