Abstract
Keeping farmers' income sustainable increasing is the requirement to realize,safeguard and expand the fundamental interests of farmers.We must regard it as the central task of agriculture and rural areas,explore the potential in agriculture,expand new channels for transferring surplus rural farmers and form a long-term mechanism to increase farmers' income.We should improve policies and system for supporting and protecting agriculture and farmers.
