Abstract
With the development of the scale of institutional investors' share holding day by day,the position of institutional investors in the company improves gradually.Institutional investors play a more and more important role in advancing the corporate governance.This paper presents and analyzes the corporate performance influence mechanism performed by institutional investors' share-holding based on institutional investors' share-holding direct participation of the inside corporate governance and the indirect influence of outside the corporate governance, and has concluded the specific way of how institutional investors' share-holding affect corporate performance.Furthermore,the authors introduce the empirical achievement home and abroad.Finally,the authors draw some enlightenment in China.
