Abstract
Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of integrative intervention stable angina syndrome of blood stasis due to qi deficiency. Methods: Strengthening Spleen Qi and promoting blood circulation method combines Western standard was used for stable angina syndrome of blood stasis due to qi deficiency. 240 qualified participants were taken to a central randomization methods of test and control groups, combined blinded,placebo- control for 8 weeks, followed up for 18 weeks, and the quality of life in Seattle( SAQ) changes and ECG changes were evaluated. Results: The difference between the pre- treatment baseline indicators had no significant( P 0. 05). After treatment, the Seattle Angina Scale score of each dimension was improved more in the experimental group than that in the control group and the difference was statistically significant( P≤0. 05). The value of each lead ECG situation improved more significantly in test group than that in control group and the difference was statistically significant( P 0. 05). Conclusion: Integrative interventions can improve the quality of stable angina syndrome of blood stasis due to qi deficiency with a significant effect.
