Abstract

Objective To observe the evolution law of Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome in patients with acute coronary syndrome after intervention therapy and the effect of supplementing Qi and activating blood circulation medicine on the patients. Methods Five hundred and ninety-five cases of coronary heart disease with acute coronary syndrome after intervention operation with Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome were divided into treatment group( 296 cases) and control group( 299 cases) according to whether receiving the treatment of combination of supplementing Qi and blood activating Chinese medicine. The control group was given routine treatment of western medicine, while the treatment group was given Xinyue Jiaonang( 心悦胶囊) capsule 0. 6 g each time,3 times a day,and Fufang Chuanxiong Jiaonang( 复方川芎胶囊) 0. 74 g each time,3 times a day on the basis of routine treatment. Both groups were treated for 6 months and followed up for another 6 months. Scores of Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome and blood stasis syndrome were recorded before treatment and 1,3,6,9,and 12 months after treatment, respectively. At the same time, the occurrence rate of the endpoint events was observed, and logistic regression analysis was used to analyze the correlation between scores of blood stasis syndrome,Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome and the endpoint events. Results Compared with before treatment, scores of Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome and blood stasis syndrome are significantly decreased in both groups in 1,3,6,9,and 12 months after treatment( P 0. 01). Compared with those in the control group, scores of Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome in 1,3,6,9,and 12 months after treatment and scores of blood stasis in 3,6,9,and 12 months after treatment in the treatment group were much lower( P 0. 05 or P 0. 01). Scores of Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome and blood stasis syndrome were positively correlated with the occurrence of the endpoint events( P 0. 001). Conclusion Chinese medicine of supplementing Qi and activating blood can improve the severity of Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome to achieve a low risk state of Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome so as to reduce the occurrence rate of the endpoint event.
