Abstract

Objective:To observe the content and function of washed Red Blood Cell(RBC) that were collected from the wound drainage fluid of orthopedic operation patients, and to explore the nursing of autologous blood transfusion. Methods:30 cases of autologous blood transfusion were researched. The RBC were collected by intraoperative autologous blood transfusion device during operation, then processed and concentrated, reinfused into the patient after operation.Blood routine and biochemical examination of before operation, during operation,6h after operation were tested and analysised respectively. Results: A total of blood transfusion volume of 30 cases was 6876ml,an average was 219ml/cases,autologous blood absorption rate was 75%.The preoperative and postoperative Hb and Hct was different significantly(P 0.05). Conclusion:Using autologous blood transfusion device can recovery blood of the wound drainage timely, reduce requirement for homologous blood.Autologous blood transfusion is a safe and effective blood transfusion technology.
