Abstract

[Objective]To analyze diagnosis index, related factors and treatment methods in fetal distress.[Methods]Retrospectively analyzed 162 cases of fetal distress with the indications for cesarean section in our hospital from 2010.3 to 2011.3,grouped and compared according to different diagnostic indexes of fetal distress, added up the neonatal asphyxia rate and related factors of fetal distress, and the percentage of related factors of fetal distress.[Results]79 cases were in prenatal diagnosis group of cesarean section(73.15%),significantly higher than that of postnatal diagnostic group(17/31.48%),χ2 = 0.722,P﹤0.01.55 cases' Apgar score of neonates﹥7 were in prenatal diagnosis of group(50.93%),11 cases in the postnatal diagnosis group(14.81%),χ2 = 4.891,P﹤0.05,the difference was significant. Results suggested that prenatal diagnosis of fetal distress had high clinical significance in reducing neonatal asphyxia, improving maternal prognosis.[Conclusion]For cases with related indictors of intrauterine distress,it should strengthen the monitoring, early diagnosis, active treatment, timely cesarean section.
