Abstract
Objective:To establish a method for determination of manganese in urine by GFAAS.Methods:The sample was diluted directly, using the tube A,Zeeman background correction and measured with graphite-furnace atomic absorption spectrometry. Results:A detection limit was 0.01 ng/ml,recovery rate 91.5%~108.9% and the relative deviation 4.2%~14.1%.Conclusion:The method is simple and nice and can be recommended for the determination of manganese in urine.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
