Rationality Thinking on Peasant Workers' Situation of Right Consciousness

The peasant workers are the pronoun of rural surplus labor force after the reform and opening up in China.The peasant workers are the special,the huge vulnerable groups.At present,the right consciousness of the peasant workers generally are weak,the situation of right are not optimistic.The reasons have not only the peasant workers' self-factors,but also social factors and cultural factors.So the paper proposed the countermeasures to strengthen the right consciousness of peasant workers: Firstly,the peasant workers should improve own quality,take the self-dependent,self-confident and self-developing road;Secondly,the country should play the leading role,speed up the system reform in the urban and rural areas,strengthen the attention of legal system and the policy to peasant workers.
