Abstract
The optimal condition of extraction of polysaccharides from Auricularia auricular under alkaline conditions is obtained through orthogonal experiment,which Na OH concentration,extraction time and extraction temperature are selected as variables. The experiment shows that:the yield of polysaccharide is improved and reached at 28.89% under the condition of Na OH concentration 0.4 mol/L,extraction time 2 h,and extraction temperature 90 ℃.
