Study on the Path of the Construction of New Countryside:the Mainstream View and Theoretical Analysis

The concern of new countryside construction has gradually shifted from the general analysis of its meaning,content,characteristics to the study on the path of how to construct new countryside with the in-depth study and practice.These discussions focus on two directions,namely,the reform of the land system and the household registration system is the study focus within the rural areas while how to play the role of modern urban civilization in order to radiate and drive rural development is the study focus outside of the rural areas.Meanwhile,the study on the agricultural land system reform,the relationship between the construction of new countryside and that of urban communities,and the role and status of the development of small and medium-sized cities is to be deepened.
